Proofing Guidelines Now Available Online

Just updated the Guidelines section to include our Proofing Guidelines. Be sure to keep those handy as you write and proof articles and projects!

New Website Event Submission form!

We have created a form, much in the style of the other request forms you are accustom to, for you to use to submit any event  you would like posted to our new website.

New Website Training

The new website is coming soon! This has been a HUGE project, and I thank you all for your involvement in getting content submitted and going over designs. If there is anything that you still need to submit, please do immediately to cbell@fbcoviedo.org.

We will be having an advanced training that will go over all of the features and functions of our new site on Jan 22 at 10:00am. If you expect to be editing content on the site, please plan to make this meeting. You will NOT be granted access to editing pages without training. The training is scheduled for 3 hours that day—we will do our best to get through it as quickly as possible.

Need to submit new content? Don’t want to re-submit a whole form?

There is a new “Submit New Content” form added under request forms for those times when your content you submitted with a request form has changed! This is a very simple form created to make this as easy and quick as possible! 

**Note: This must be a follow-up to a previously submitted request form.

Submit Early!

Be sure to think ahead and submit your project requests early! There are currently about 25-30 projects waiting to be completed… and only 1 Melissa

Melissa Out-of-Office

Melissa will only be in the office on Monday this week. Photoshop World, the annual conference of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals, will be in Orlando at the Orange County Convention Center this Tuesday–Friday. Please be sure to submit all Bulletin revisions via email this week as the bulletin will have to be sent to press remotely. See you on Monday, April 7!
